SENIOR EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT GENERAL COUNSEL

Responsibility :

• Provide legal advice to senior management and the board of directors on various legal issues, especially related to the construction business.
• Prepare, review, manage and negotiate contracts and work agreements.
• Manage and supervise all litigation and dispute resolution processes.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, as well as compliance with environmental and construction standards, including coordination with external legal advisors when necessary.
• Identify and manage the legal risks faced by the company
• Contribute to strategic planning and business decision making
• Integrate legal perspectives into the company’s strategy and decision-making processes.
• Provide input on legal implications of business decisions and new projects.

Qualification :

• A bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) and typically an advanced degree such as a master’s (LLM) or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years experiences on related fields
• Significant experience in a senior legal role, ideally within the construction industry.
• Deep understanding of contract law, constructionlaw and related regulations.
• FIDIC certification or equivalent
• Strong managerial and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions
• Ability to analyze and evaluate business processes, identify issues and propose pragmatic solutions while maintaining strong legal and business judgment
