1. Industrial Engineering

• Industrial engineering is an engineering profession that is concerned with the optimization of complex processes, systems, or organizations

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Strong Industrial Engineering knowledge and the ability to operate Industrial Engineering tools and methodologies
• Project Management knowledge and the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward common goals and results
• Strong proficiency in English with good communication skills

2. Production Supervisor

• Production Supervisor ensure all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently by closely monitoring how employees organize their workflows. A Production Supervisor in integral in a fast-paced production environment

Requirements :

• Possesses a Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering) or related background with at least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing process, preferably in Garment
• Strong communication and engagement capabilities with ability to influence
• Proven track record in managing people and or small teams and cross functional team working, with experience in coaching teams for success

3. Export-Import Staff

• Checking import or export documentation, coordination and monitoring forwarder/PPJK/express courier to submit and do clearance documents

Requirements :

• Associate graduate, all major
• Strong communication and engagement capabilities with ability to influence
• Adaptable to fast pace working environment and changes
• Fluent in English, with good communicative tasks
• Willing to be placed in Kab. Semarang
