Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 or 3 year experience in similar position
• Minimum S1 Degree majoring in Accounting/Finance/Administration 
• Good command of English
• Excellent communication, team-work, fast learner, and able to multitask
• MS. Office and familiar with SAP is desirable
• Have good manners and work ethics
• Detail-oriented, honest, and disciplined
• Understand basic Indonesia Tax Law is a plus
• Willing to be placed at KIM 1, Deli Serdang, Medan
•  

Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and manage daily payment activities including Cash and Bank
• Verify vendor invoices according to payment policy and prepare payment timely and accurately 
• Manage and filling office documents 
• Prepare and input data into system properly
• Liaise and coordinate with AR/AP/GL team to ensure transaction entry correctly
• Monitor and manage employee advance/AR outstanding balance
• Collaborate with Tax Team related to Tax Invoice/Faktur Pajak and Withholding tax issues due to payment to Vendor
• Liaise with Bank related to payment 
• Supports in any ad-hoc finance related tasks
