• Bachelor/Diploma degree majoring in Mechanical & Foundry Engineering
• GPA minimum 3.00 from reputable university
• D3 maximum 25 years old and S1 maximum 27 years old
• Highly self motivated, self confidence and willingness to learn
• Hard worker, able to multi tasks and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company (verbal and written – Fluent in English)
