Customer Service Staff

  • The Customer Service is responsible to support logistic products and services, and deliver excellent customer care. A highly self motivated, customer service enthusiast, fluent in SLAs management and their concepts with outstanding communication skills is the desired profile. Familiar with incident management tools and service/help desk operations.

Duties:

  • Consistently provide superior Customer Service
  • Resolve customer problem/issues in a timely manner
  • Influence and direct their work towards customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Proven experience as Customer Service Supervisor in logistic or shipping company
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Fluent in SLAs management and their concepts
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A team player and highly motivated person
  • Willing to be located in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta
  • Working hours: Mon – Fri 08:00-16:30, Sat biweekly 08:00-13:00
