Job Description :
- Analyze regional direction and gather information from Business Intelligence and Marketing to create a proper schedule that meets all company needs
- Review and analyze incoming arrival patterns and provide recommendations to improve Best Customer Experience
- Create overall Customer Delivery SPX reporting
- Build Workforce Management model
Requirements :
- Minimal Associate Degree in any major
- Minimal 2 years of working experience in a related field (experience in WFM such as forecasting and scheduling is a must)
- Strong with numbers, logic and data interpretation
- Able to provide and develop reporting or dashboards from scratch
- Should be excellent in Microsoft excel/Should be decent in Microsoft excel for other roles and Google Spreadsheets
- Understand Customer Service SLA metrics
