Workforce Management Staff (Customer Service) – SPX Express (Yogyakarta)

Job Description :

  • Analyze regional direction and gather information from Business Intelligence and Marketing to create a proper schedule that meets all company needs
  • Review and analyze incoming arrival patterns and provide recommendations to improve Best Customer Experience
  • Create overall Customer Delivery SPX reporting 
  • Build Workforce Management model

Requirements : 

  • Minimal Associate Degree in any major
  • Minimal 2 years of working experience in a related field (experience in WFM such as forecasting and scheduling is a must)
  • Strong with numbers, logic and data interpretation
  • Able to provide and develop reporting or dashboards from scratch
  • Should be excellent in Microsoft excel/Should be decent in Microsoft excel for other roles and Google Spreadsheets    
  • Understand Customer Service SLA metrics
