Procurement Internship

Job Summary :

• Assisting administrative task, made a recapitulation about purchase requisition and purchase order, and will work closely with Category Manager and Category Analyst.

Requirements :

• Final year student or fresh graduate from reputable university, majoring in Industrial Engineering with min GPA of 3.30
• Good communication skills, fast learner, and adaptable.
• Familiar with Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
• Domicile in Jabodetabek
• Willing to join for 6 months internship duration with commitment
• Available to fully work from office (WFO)
• Available to join ASAP
• Placement in Sinar Mas Land, Thamrin, Central Jakarta.

Job Description :

• To assist and analyze purchase decision from PR to PO
• To assist and ensure lead time of goods
• To monitor daily purchase requisition
• Handle administrative things related to Procurement Division
