• Capable in assisting HR&GA Manager on yearly plan and make report with deep analysis.
• Has good relation with government and 3rd parties related to industrial relation.
• Technology savvy is 
• Bachelor degree in Law and 3 years experience in HR or related is a plus.
• Hard worker & good communication.
• Has ability to lead and create good teamwork with older colleagues.
• Proficiently speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to speak and write in Japanese is a plus.
