Junior Finance, Accounting and Tax

Qualification :

• Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Management
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially skilled in Spreadsheets (proficient in Pivot formulas, VlookUp, HlookUp, etc.)
• Ability to operate accounting and taxation applications (e.g., Jurnal ID, E-Spt, E-Bupot, E-Tax invoice, etc.)
• Knowledge in preparing financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow)
• Familiarity and mastery of Tax Reporting, both monthly and annually
• Honest, meticulous, and accurate in report preparation
• Good communication skills and accustomed to working with deadlines
• Having brevet certificates A & B (the value-added)
• Proactive, Problem Solver, Detail-oriented, and able to work as a team

Responsibilities :

• Performing day to day bookkeeping in accordance with generally-accepted accounting principles
• Manage and prepare financial reports, records/invoices, and accounts
• Record financial transactions in the general ledger
• Ensure and report that Account balances and in the program are correct daily
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing funds are correctly identified
• Check payment requests are correct before processing payments
• Ensure the daily operations of the FAT division are running smoothly
• Ensure timely tax payments and reporting every month (income tax and VAT)
• Ensure financial reports are completed on time and thoroughly checked
• Prepare documents required for financial report audits
• Analyse and verify costing reports along with supporting documents
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual reports or as needed.
