1. RECRUITMENT STAFF

Requirements :

• S1 from Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related majors
• Have a minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field, preferably in Beauty or Manufacturing Industry
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques, professional job posting portal and proactively source candidates
• Proficiency with social media and keeping up with industry trends and talent market
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Creative, innovative, out-of-the-box thinker, and willing to learn
• Willing to be placed in Bitung, Tangerang

2. REWARD & PERSONALIA STAFF

Requirements :

• S1 in any major
• Have minimum 1 year of experience in the same role
• Proficient in operating HRIS and Microsoft Office, especially Vlookup/ Hlookup/ Pivot
• Good at time management and communication skills, and have a sense of responsibility, and data-oriented
• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang or Cikupa, Tangerang

3. INDUSTRIAL RELATION STAFF

Requirement :

• S1 in Legal, Industrial Relations, or related field
• Proven experience in industrial and employee relations roles (fresh graduate with IR interns experience are welcome to apply)
• Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang
